Intermediate Ceramic Underglazing with Goldie Workshop Spring 2026
Summary
This intermediate-level workshop focuses on enhancing surface decoration skills through the use of underglaze painting. Participants will explore a range of brush techniques to create shading, depth, and fine detail, with an emphasis on hand-painted botanical imagery such as leaves and flowers. Instruction will concentrate on painting on bone-dry clay and developing greater control and consistency in underglaze application.
Participants may bring a bone-dry piece of their own to decorate. Personalized instruction and guided practice will be provided throughout the workshop. (Limit 10)
