Internet Safety & Self Defense Camp 2024

Summary

Taught by Former City of Wheeling Detective Matt Taylor, this course is designed to teach empowerment and wellness while instilling the confidence to protect and defend oneself. Learn self-defense and evading and escape techniques. Attendees will learn about internet safety, etiquette and cyber bullying. They will also learn how to effectively protect themselves if they are ever the victim of being physically bullied. Beneficial for those going to residential summer camps and/or college. (Limit 16)

Waiver Statement:

Cancellation/Refund Policy: For participants to cancel and receive a full refund, they must notify the facility and cancel at least 2 WEEKS before the camp start date. No refunds will be granted less than two weeks from the camp start date, and there is no proration of camp fees once the camp has started. A cancellation fee of $20 is in effect for ALL cancelations made after April 1, even those made within the two-week cancellation period.
