Portrait Painting Workshop (2-Day) Spring 2023 (St.C Rec Center)
Summary
Learn how to paint a portrait in this two-day workshop. We will be learning how to paint portraits by looking at shape and color relationships. Examples from different periods of art will be given where you can take inspiration from to incorporate your own comfort level. Mixing color, painting, and figurative techniques will be discussed. We will be working primarily in acrylic, but you are welcome to bring oil paints if you prefer. Bring a photo of you or someone close to you. Materials and equipment are provided. (Limit 14)
