Stay fit and flexible in this one-hour combination class. The first 30 minutes focuses on low or no impact aerobic exercise. Using resistance bands and intentional movement, you can achieve strength, cardiovascular endurance, and range of motion. The second 30 minutes is a gentle chair yoga experience focusing on balance, flexibility, and stress reduction. Both segments are taught with the assistance of a chair and are designed for beginners. Modifications will be offered at every step of the class so you can work at your own pace. Please wear sneakers, comfortable clothes, and bring water. Held at OI School of Dance. (Limit 12)
