Walk With Ease is a multi-component program that also includes health education, stretching and strengthening exercises, and motivational strategies This program was specifically developed for adults with arthritis who want to be more physically active, but it is also appropriate for people without arthritis who want to get more active. Evidence-based outcomes include decreased pain, increased strength, increased balance, and increased self-efficacy. The only prerequisite is the ability to be on your feet for at least 10 minutes without increased pain. The program includes a guidebook and a walking schedule to get you safely moving toward better health. This is a hybrid program, with two in-person sessions and one self-guided session per week. Held at Wesbanco Arena (Limit 25)
