Designed specifically for older adults, this sampler class allows you the opportunity to try a variety of new activities! Be brave, get healthier, and more creative, all while engaging with peers and building new friendships. Workshop activities include: strength & balance, improv theater, acrylic paint on canvas, ceramics, watercolor projects, wellness education and chair yoga. Held at Stifel Fine Arts Center (Limit 12)
