Summary

Increase your upper and lower body strength, improve your balance, and reduce your risk for falls in this class specifically designed for older adults. you'll learn evidence-based exercises, how to monitor your progress, and ways to continue to improve your health at home. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water with you! Held at School of Dance. (Limit 12)
