Event Registration

Designed specifically for older adults, this sampler class allows you the opportunity to try a variety of new activities! Get healthier, wiser, and more creative, all while engaging with peers and building new friendships. Workshop activities include: strength & balance, improv theater, paint & sip, ceramics, cardio drumming, wellness education for older adults, and chair yoga. Sponsored by the River Valley Health Foundation.
Transportation and/or financial assistance may be available by application on an as-needed basis, Held at Stifel Fine Arts Center (Limit 12)
