Designed specifically for older adults, this sampler class allows you the opportunity to try a variety of new activities! Get healthier, wiser, and more creative, all while engaging with peers and building new friendships. Workshop activities include: fitness/balance (2), theater (1), life history (1), visual art (2), and health education (2).
Transportation and/or financial assistance may be available by application on an as-needed basis, (Limit 12)
