Senior Yoga Workshop with Amy Johnson (March 11)


Movement is an important part of the aging process. When we have an ailment or an injury, it becomes easy to shift into a mindset that allows us to become sedentary. In this 45-minute chair class, we’ll practice movement, balance, flexibility and breathing techniques (pranayama) and cultivate an understanding of their importance. Meets at the Stifel Fine Arts Center. (Limit 20)
