This series of yoga classes will begin with the basics of practice including breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation and mindfulness, and physical practices (asanas). We will explore different types of yoga practice including Vinyasa, Kundalini, Restorative and Yin. All levels welcome. (Limit 15)
