Join us for a very special quilt presentation where participants will learn professional museum practices for heirloom textile care and maintenance, presenting examples of varying stages of quilt degradation and options for repairing and/or repurposing them for future utility. This event also includes how to identify different types of quilts and the regional organizations that analyze and document them for historical purposes.
